FAQs

  • What are you going to be teaching?

We will be teaching students how to work with computers. We start with the basics of computer hardware similar to systems that students are likely familiar with, and then we work towards understanding how computers communicate across networks, the role servers have within a business, and how to work on enterprise-level systems.

If you’re local, we will have on-site learning labs available for our students to learn, practice, and ask questions. If you’re not local and 100% virtual, you will also have access to virtual labs to give you a similar learning experience from home.

  • What am I going to learn?

You’re going to learn how to work with computers and their related equipment which includes servers, network devices, and cloud technology. Even if you’ve never worked with computers, it’s okay, because basics are part of the program before you get to more advanced concepts. Our goal is to ensure our students have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure for each concept, so they’ll be successful after completing our program.

  • How are you going to help me find a job?

We work with recruiters from across the country to help you find a job. We can’t guarantee you’ll land the job, but we’ll help you get your foot in the door to find something that will work with your needs. In some cases, that means remote work, and in others, it means on-site positions, depending on the certifications you earn.

  • What am I going to get out of this program?

You’ll get a hands-on, instructor-led education from experienced instructors. Our instructors will lead you through every step of the program and encourage you to test for industry-standard certifications when we feel that you’re ready. Remember, we want you to be successful!

  • What kind of certifications can I get?

Industry-standard certifications are certifications that are universally recognized by the IT industry no matter what the business is. With the education we provide, you’ll have the opportunity to earn up to 15 industry-standard certifications that will prove to others that you know how to handle hardware, networking, cloud technology, as well as enterprise systems. If you’d like to know more about the certifications, please feel free to ask!

  • What is the breakdown with the $10k scholarship?

Total tuition and fees include $15000 in tuition, $4000 in materials. $10k gets knocked off of the tuition leaving the student responsible for $5000 in tuition over the course of the program.

$4000, our estimate for materials, includes what the student would be responsible for, and depending on what you already have, it may be less. This would include books, ebooks, tools, a notebook or laptop computer, and testing vouchers. If you already have some of these components, the materials would be a lesser cost, but this is determined with each student.

  • How much is it going to cost?

Cost depends on the program. Please see the Our Classes page for more information on tuition and fees per program offering.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash or check. We also offer in-house financing as an option, with the possibility of partial tuition forgiveness. Ask us about it!

  • Can I get a full refund?

Refunds are commensurate with classes taken. As an example, if you have taken 3 of 5 required classes, you will only get refunds for the remaining two that you have not completed minus supply fees and test vouchers if they have already been purchased.

  • How long is the program?

This also varies per class with the shortest one being approximately 4 months and the longest one being 10 months.  If you have more specific questions, please contact us, and we'll be happy to discuss more details with you!

  • What are your business hours?

We are open during the day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Class time varies as we have the option of morning, afternoon, and evening classes, but not all run at the same time.
